House of Airlie is a transformative, light-filled space designed for modern brands and creative gatherings. Spanning 190 square metres and flowing seamlessly into a leafy courtyard overlooking Neutral Bay, it offers a rare balance of calm, beauty and functionality.

Thoughtfully designed with luxe finishes throughout, the space has been curated to support branding moments, editorial shoots, content creation, education, sessions and intimate events.

  • The space includes two private skin clinic rooms, a kitchenette and a sun-filled studio floor designed for both function and flow.

    The studio features eight dedicated beauty stations, each with mirrors, hair and makeup chairs, alongside a lounge area and open floor space for flexible use.

    Mirrors can be reconfigured to open the studio for collaboration, workshops or group sessions.

  • House of Airlie has been designed with both experience and practicality in mind.

    Amenities include:

    • Gender-neutral bathrooms

    • Disabled access to the lower level

    • Lift access to and from the car park

    • Bathroom and shower facilities

    • Kitchenette facilities

    The space also offers on-site parking, a loading dock and easy access, just 8 minutes from Circular Quay by ferry and moments from Kirribilli.

  • All bookings include an on-site host to ensure the space runs smoothly.

    Your host is RSA and First Aid qualified and available to assist with access, arrivals and general coordination throughout your booking.

  • Hire options are available for half-day and full-day use, with pricing based on group size and duration.
